- You will receive an invitation to sign up for the Practice Better platform in the coming weeks. Practice Better is what I use to manage and facilitate my programs.
- Once you sign up for Practice Better you will be registered for the RESTART Program through Practice Better
- Download the Practice Better app it really make the program better (Apple, Android)
- The materials needed for the initial RESTART meeting will be “released” the day before the first meeting.
- Visit the The RESTART® Program website.
- “Like” the RESTART® Facebook page.
- Bookmark the RESTART® Pinterest board for great recipes, tips and support.
